DHABI, December 19, 2009 – Qatar’s rider Hamad Nasser Al Qadi
captured finished fourth in UAE’s International Juniors Show
jumping championship that concluded in Abu Dhabi, capital of UAE
on Friday.
In addition Abdullah Al Saaq occupied the 11th place as the Al
Qadi and Al Saaq have successfully passed the preliminary
rounds.
The prestigious event was organised by UAE Equestrian
Federation, with participation of 31 riders represented 17
countries including UAE, Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Qatar
Lebanon, USA, Russia, Brazil Canada, Chili, Colombia, France,
Germany, New Zealand, South Africa and Bolivia.
On the first day of the championship, Al Saaq settled in the
fourth place in the qualification class to the second day with
the horse “Suqrat” clocking time of 32,67 while Hamad Al Qadi
occupied the tenth place on “Alin”.
Mr. Alex McLaren, Secretary General of International Equestrian
Federation lauded the level of young riders as they participated
in 28 qualification classes. |
