II GENERAL CONDITIONS

This event is organised in accordance with:

- FEI Statutes, 21th edition, 21th April 2004. - FEI General Regulations, 21h edition janvier2005 -FEI Veterinary Regulations, 9th edition 2002, - FEI Special Regulations for Pony Riders and Children, 7th edition, effective 1st January 2002,

-FEI Rules for Jumping Events, 21st edition 2003, and, if applicable, the Rules for the World Cup Jumping Events, 10th edition, 2004/2005 season,
and all subsequent corrections and modifications to the above Rules and Regulations as published by the FEI.
- An arbitration procedure is provided for under the FEI Statutes and General Regulations as referred to above. In accordance with this procedure, any appeal against a decision rendered by the FEI or its official bodies must be settled exclusively by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

B) Grooms
Requests for accommodation must be sent with entries.
Cost of accommodation will be at the cost of near the stables. From 5 Feb. 2005. to 13 Feb. 2005.
Sufficient sanitary and showering facilities for male and female grooms, with hot and cold water, will be provided by the OC.

C) Horses

Transport expenses to be paid by the QATAR EQUESTRIAN FEDERATION

D) Welcome

The time and date of arrival of riders and horses/ponies and their means of transport must be given to the OC in order to facilitate them on arrival.
E) Local Transportation - Arrangements from Hotel to Show grounds
Will be provided by the O.C from 6 Feb. till 13 Feb 2005

F) Advertising and Publicity on Competitors and Horses/ponies

The competitors are authorised to carry the logo of their personal sponsor on the saddle cloth in accordance with Art. 136.
